🔬 What is A Hidden Variable?
A Hidden Variable is a Berlin-based initiative exploring the unseen forces — scientific,
psychological, and philosophical — that shape our world. Through exhibitions and
collaborations, it reveals connections between disciplines, minds, and modes of perception.
The name references “hidden variable theories” in quantum physics — the idea that beneath
apparent randomness lie deeper laws. Similarly, in psychology, unseen variables influence
thought, creativity, and behavior. Our goal is to make these invisible forces visible — through
art.
